In last week of September 2018, I published a cartoon ( The Dreamer ) in this blog where a person was dreaming about NOT increasing of petrol / diesel price. That time, the petrol and diesel prices were increasing on daily basis. That time, elections in the four states were not declared. After elections have been declared in the month of November and December 2018, the prices of petrol and diesel prices started going down. This is eleventh occasion where the prices of oil have come down on this Sunday (October 28, 2018). There may be many factors behind this price cut. The economists claim that international oil prices have been falling and rupee has also appreciated causing the price cut of oil. The election time is just coincidence!🤫

We want our Internet speed not less than 4 MBPS. We need daily limit 10 GB to access Internet. Length of movies have been changed from hours to GBs. Yesterday, I asked someone about the length of a movie. He replied - "5 GB". 😀😀😀. I wanted to know the quality of an image, I am informed...it's 4 GB man..it is bound to have good quality...😜 Believe me!!! this is most commonly used measurement unit in our lives as on date. Are we forgetting other units of measurement? Not really, how can we forget basics. But just imagine if we use only use one unit in Byte for all measurement. Nothing to do which Physics friends!!! Just enjoy...

अभी कुछ दिनों पहले उ.प्र. पुलिस के एक सिपाही ने अपनी बुधिमत्ता एवं आत्मविश्वास का परिचय देते हुए, जब उसकी बन्दूक ख़राब हो गयी तो उसने अपने मुँह से ही गोलियों की आवाज निकालनी शुरू करदी और बदमाशों को भगा दिया / अब जबकि हम हरियाली दिवाली की बात कर रहे है और पटाखों पर सीमित प्रतिबन्ध लगाने की बात कर रहे है तब क्यों ना हम अपने बच्चो को भी मुँह से ही ठाय ठाय करने की प्रैक्टिस करवा दें/  जहाँ एक तरफ हम सभी प्रदूषित वातावरण से परेशान हैं वहीँ पटाखों पर पूर्ण प्रतिबन्ध अथवा आंशिक प्रतिबन्ध भी हमें कहीं परेशान करता है/ इसका समाधान भी समाज के ही वर्गों से निकलेगा/

The power and impact of Social Media might have taken to surprise many.... # Me too campaign has so called 'exposed' who's who in the politics, film industry, sports, etc. It is possible that few stories might be false also. But the dent has been made. Its impact is all round. On one hand, #Me too campaign has given voice to many victims but same time, it has provided a very effective platform to gain media attention to a few 'celebrities'. Some how, #Me too campaign has been limited only to rich and famous. It has got media attention because of this only. It has not come down to where it might have given voice to many real victims. In the thunder of blame games, it is difficult to find the 'real victim'. In entire #me too campaign, the most impacted entity is the 'Relationship'. It is died or just at the last stage of dying. Now, every one wants reservation in jobs, promotion, loans, etc from the Government. The meaning of reservation has been lost. Reservation was seen as a medium to create a support system for those who needed it the most. Providing reservation to the same set of people within the weaker community will not help. There is a need to refine the process of reservation. We are now well equipped in terms of availability of data and soft infrastructure like Aadhaar, PAN, EPIC etc. that the digital identity of individual may help in providing benefit to the individuals. Reservation must help the people of a community or a class to come at par with the others. Once it is done, the job is over and the person/family should be out of reservation. Therefore one time reservation could be a solution. It will also help to uplift other people of same community to get benefit of reservation. Today, communities feel proud to declare themselves as BACKWARD. This is not because they want so but because

This year too, India pays homage to Bapu, the father of nation, on his 149th birth anniversary on October 2, which is also known as Gandhi Jayanti. The values given by Bapu are rapidly fading with the passage of time but symbols are still going strong. Perhaps, we love symbols as they are visible; But the values are meant to be inherited.
