Recently, during my visit to JHANSI (UP), I observed how the lives of the common man in Jhansi effects due to long power cuts in odd hours Power cut can be at business hours from 7 pm to 11 pm or sleeping time from 9 pm to 2 am or any unscheduled time.Every day 10 hrs of power cut is treated as normal. People also got habitual and adoptive, they do not raise any voice. Few political parties, obviously nothing to do with people, keep organizing symbolic protests. This is understood as organized strategy to ensure there is no development takes place in region by the rulers.
